MERIL-2 held its final conference on June 24 and 25 at the Gulbenkian Foundation in Lisbon.

The event brought together the project’s partners (ESF, EKT, and APRE), members of the MERIL Advisory Council, National Data Intermediaries, RI managers, and a number of national funding agencies over two days of presentation and discussion. We’re pleased to report it was a success!

Conference panels and speakers offered a rich diversity of perspectives: sessions addressed MERIL’s objectives and outputs, sustainability options and next steps in open data, and its connection to partner projects such as CatRIs, RIscape, and RI-Paths.

Want to know more about these topics, or simply want to revisit the talks? No problem; you can do that by heading over to our digital collection of slides.

Thank you to all who joined us; we were delighted to welcome you!
